If I'm going to administer the game next year, I think the rules should be (nearly) set in stone from day one, cause even though I like to mix things up, it would still make my job easier.

I thought the rules were set in stone: One rider for each line in the table, with points available mentioned. Then you had to go and change everything.

Actually I just tried to hint that knowing I have at least a theoretical chance at the GC now , I won't be gifting it to Libertine, even after being asked so nicely. Didn't even think about the deadline as it is one of the things you've been rather flexible with during the season.
