Dekker_Tifosi said:they weren't even doing that bad in the big classics either btw. ofcourse no winner, but top 10 in nearly every classic. Which is about the maximum you can do with this group
El Pistolero said:Who's that?
theyoungest said:That's why they signed Matti Breschel for the classics and Luis Leon for stage races... problem is neither of them has really taken the weight off the young Dutchies' shoulders.
Nice win for Bos, I haven't seen anything but apparently even their train sort of worked. That's not too bad.

No they weren't. See above.Ryo Hazuki said:they were "lucky" with the crash. many were out of contention after that and made it more regular
Yes, they did, because of a good train.El Pistolero said:A win is a win. People who were at the front of the peloton probably avoided the crash.

Pan flat sprints? You? seriously......
Yes, they did, because of a good train.
There was a pinch point, going slightly to the rider's left.
Rabo and GreenEdge stringing out the front.
Trains that take their sprinter all the way to the line hardly exist anymore. Team Cav don't have it dialed in yet either. At least Bos was in the position to follow the Greenedge guys.Bala Verde said:http://www.steephill.tv/players/720...sh&dashboard=tour-of-turkey&id=xqanl5&yr=2012
You think the train worked well? I just saw the last 1-1.5k and to me it seemed their last man came up way too fast, meaning at 500m he had to let up. Bos then had to rely on the green edge launch for Goss to take him to the finish, and, in a last ditch attempt, he managed to (just?) pip him at the line. He changed trains, otherwise he would have had his face in the wind.
I am not saying it was bad, but the timing seemed to be off, which almost cost him the win. Perhaps I have been too spoiled with the cavendish trains though![]()

Since you pronounced Breschel's career to be over already, I say top-10 in Flanders is pretty good for a retiree. But maybe you expected something more?Ryo Hazuki said:yeah and you call that great? you sound like a belgian trying to talk right what is wrong.

No idea why 'not that bad' translates to 'great' in your book![]()
And which riders did you expect more from?Ryo Hazuki said:my bad. let me refrase then
you call that not bad? it's very bad. their worst springcampaign ever I think. freire also outperformed them almost everywhere![]()
