I think i remember millar being in a "break" with gilbert at flanders a few years ago? Of course spartacas won that race so thats unlikely to be it

It's the queen stage of the Eneco Tour last year.

And yes, he was in a break with Gilbert at Flanders a few years ago, but that's not it. Millar got dropped there at the Muur. Gilbert eventually finished on the podium beating Leukemans in the sprint(he was also part of the breakaway).
