Skimo such a bs hassle in that og version, I hope they throw it out asap, there's more than enough problematic sports in those carnevals. Every sport for example where it's possible to earn a medal by sitting in a bench without actually playing or participating not all games, like hockey for example, out. :D

Skimo is different from alpine, a lot closer to Nordic.

I think there is a greater risk to signing an indoor specialist like Jason Osborne or Jay Vine or Mike Woods (running=no translatable skill) who have the engine but take a long time to get the hang of pack riding, than someone who has a background in skill based sport. Vine and Woods took years to develop and never really maxed out their aerobic potential in terms of results. Osborne straight flopped.

At the end of the day, I would always add a lot of performance bonuses to any contract such that the rider himself decides the risk/reward that makes sense for him in his career.
Both Woods and Vine provided ROI that the teams that first signed them would have been thrilled about.
