They had a crap Tour de France and Ardennes campaign, the rest of the season was pretty good. The crap Tour was purely down to bad luck. But they were criticized in the Dutch media for peaking too early, which is nonsense if you look at their Roubaix and Flanders results, for instance. Unfortunately they've taken that criticism to heart, with the result that they now suck pretty much everywhere.

their trainer delahaye is a total idiot. and the team deserves everything it gets for not firing the other imbeciles like maassen, breukink etc. so many years of failing any company or sportsteam would fire those reponsible when clealry there is no improvement found. but not rabobank. they are an example about everything that is wrong with corporate netherlands.

oh ok my bad... But they were still called the rabobus in 2011. The problem is their good riders are not really doing well. A bit like BMC, but BMC has backup riders.

it wasn't that bad. 4th at vuelta, a few podiums at the one day races (canada, css etc) tob etc. overall a decent season, but failing hard at Tour, which is thier priority lol.

Obviously my tolerance of chauvinist crap is lower than most people's. Anyway, I disagree with the notion that we're all chauvinists. I manage to ignore nationality just fine, and many other forumers do the same.
