Knowing what we do about the LAF and transparency, the question now is how they will react if a noted journalist comes asking RR's questions.

The same MO they used with RR won't work very well if the NYT or 60 Minutes et al comes snooping. The phrase 'red rag to a bull' comes to mind.

The mail on the investigation seems to indicate there's some impropriety being looked into with regards to the LAF.

If true, it means that soon TV and print journos are going to be converging on LiveStrong headquarters like it's the zombie apocalypse.

Wow, I just saw that little freak Jamie Lindsay just posted my real name on the Bicycling site in response to my post. That guy is a fu*king moron. Okay, so that it isn't a secret anymore, my name is **Edit**....I feel free. FREE I TELL YOU!!!!

Edit: I changed the post because I wanted to remain anonymous on Bicycling, and those of you who I PM with know my name. IF you don't, that is by design. I have addressed the post on Bicycling with them, and will contact their legal department if needed. If Mr. Lindsay believes he can harass anyone he wants, he has harassed the wrong person this time. The more I think about this, the angrier I am becoming. The guy threatened to contact my law school over me addressing him on twitter about the fraud I believe livestrong is perpetrating, and posted my name on a website where if I had wanted to have it posted, I would have posted it. I am not sure why my school would be interested, but he does. I am not sure why he felt he could post my name on that site, but he did. He is getting ready to find out what its like to play in the big leagues.

Well you have to remember that if you went to Austin to visit Livestrong the likelihood is that you won't actually get to meet anyone from Livestrong.

Jamie is not a good advertisement for cancer survival. In my opinion, if you are lucky enough to survive cancer, you should get on with your life and not do what he is doing. He seems to be identifying himself completely with cancer survival and Livestrong. Does he do or work in anything else? Even his dog is called Chemo for gods sake. Completely addicted, obsessed, fanatical whatever you want. I'm probably not articulating this point well - I sometimes don't like to say things regards cancer because it's such a sensitive one. Anyways......

Agree -and moreso as those who are commenting have actually nothing to do with Livestrong (besides being contributors), so it amazes me when they say they have answers or facts.
