Bardet climbed bettex slower than the main favorites so he can't have a higher number than them the chart is wrong.pastronef said:http://www.chronoswatts.com/competition/42/TdF2016

yes, but he did the climb alone, no drafting, that explains the higher watts needed

Tonton said:I saw this graph today in Vayer's article in Le Monde. Since 2010, only Wiggo, Froome, Quintana, Nibal had been above the 410W-suspicious mark, and this year there were nine suspicious riders - the ones in yellow on the graph. Vayer made it very clear that he believes Bardet doped.adamfo said:Highest watts 2016 Tdf : Bardet 444 W on Le Bettex

Only because that isn't possiblejens_attacks said:IndianCyclist said:Not necessarily. Environmental factors also need to be taken into consideration. that day it was cold and rainy. i have 30 years of climbing times and the ascents under cold or rain are definitely slower than those in normal conditions.
bardet improved a lot, still not as cool as the real cobra though.
Love it. Same thing as with Colombians and the British Islanders. Great in the 80's, really reduced presence in for a decade, back up top last five years.thehog said:Random French guys ripping up the Vuelta!

Agreed .. classy rider .. hope we get to enjoy more of his riding / attacking.
...hopefully not in this forum ...thehog said:Pinot! The French renaissance is here!
I don't think so, I hope not, but credit to you for being right more often than you are wrong.Benotti69 said:Lappartient giving the French the Cookson treatment.
Good people cheat too.Tonton said:I don't think so, I hope not, but credit to you for being right more often than you are wrong.Benotti69 said:Lappartient giving the French the Cookson treatment.
As the #1 Pinot fanboy, I would be devastated if my homie was exposed. The time on the Lagos was a bit too good to my liking...I hope that we get another, updated data release like we did a few years back. No one has done it.
I won't be a Sky Bot and argue wind protection, that time on LDC was insane.
Looking at history, not much of a surprise, but Thibaut failed to confirm. As a kid and neo-pro, wow look at the Settimana in '11. Quintana, Aru, way behind on a race that is so big that Aru came back the next year to win it.
I can't imagine the animal lover, authentic guy being a cheat. But we had a cancer survivor, a Godzilla survivor, Valverde, so at this point being a skeptic probably is the best stance.
What I like is that Tibopino never became both a top notch climber and an ITT specialist, like others who get the other. Don't miss a beat.
And you don't lose that Giro podium if you're loaded. Stage 19 no BB.
I believe in TP but fear that his best will never be good enough.
