It was extremely close to a 9.5, but in the end it was more like an 8. Had the final chase gotten to within 10 seconds of Sagan, as opposed to going backwards, it would've been simply unbelievable.
I gave it a 7. Nice for Sagan to win a monument at last but I don't find gap-watching for 10km more exciting than a group of favourites repeatedly attacking each other, which is what I was hoping for, and perhaps what might have happened without the GVA crash. Maybe I'm being negative though.
