Voted 10. Love crosswind riding. Does stages are always a 7 or higher. And because Mollema, Goofy*, Kreuziger and Contador all took time on Froome, one can still hope that the tour is not yet dead.

* Goofy is what Chris Anker Sørensen thinks Ten Dam looks like, at least according to speakers on danish TV

Haven't figured out why those teams were working. The only challenge for those teams was the presence of Fugslang. peraud was just 11s in front the AST rider. BMC was nowhere in picture.

or was this the case of crab mentality?
They wanted to keep Fuglsang, Kreuziger, Rogers, Ten Dam etc. within reach is my guess. They let Sky do as much work as possible, Froome was the only Sky rider in the group at the finish.

Yeah, let's say I'm Cadel Evans or Rodriguez, Evans moreso because he's just too far down to make a difference. Why would I care about making Sky burn out? There's one Sky rider ahead of me in GC and he's too far ahead to catch. Meanwhile, five or even six of the riders up the road threaten my overall position, which is kind of all I have left at this point. It doesn't benefit me or my team to burn out Sky, since I don't have anything to gain by attacking Sky now or in the future. But there are some very real guys up the road gaining very real time on me in GC, so I get my team chasing.

Not the best for fans, but I understand.

9 for me. 10 is perfect, I don't believe in better than perfect, 10 would have moved someone else into yellow.
So close to the finish I can only imagine some teams were initially fighting for the stage, then others defending their top 10 places. I recall AG2R on the front most of the time Peraud's placing would be worth quite a bit to a french team, top placed frenchman and all.
Did Froome pull ever? Contador did.

Voted 10 but was close to choosing Vino option.Saxo/Belkin/Opqs where just awesome today and Contador is definantley looking good(pulling turns hard)can,t wait for the final week.Feel terribly sorry for Valverde no one deserves to loose podium place because of puncture?but thats cycling. Also so happy for Jacob,go the Dane"
