Easy question, who do you expect to have the best result in Liege in 2026?

Seixas has higher pure w/kg. OTOH Evenepoel has a better engine on Liege like terrain (which is normally enough to dispatch all non-Pogacar rivals). But are we certain about the latter? We aren't until we see Seixas in action on Sunday: he looked very well in SB but LBL is longer. I'm actually not sure who will prevail, the kiddo's progression has been amazing in the last year.

Tough call but voted Remco because he’s proven in this race and is clearly in good classics form based on RVV and AGR. Also assuming this is his big spring goal. Having said that, I will be surprised by nothing from Seixas.

Well said. It's logical to choose a proven Liege monster. I don't think Seixas is much of an underdog here though.

If I had to guess how it will play out, Pogi will drop Remco first, Paul will hang on longer and pop later, Remco will catch Paul and either drop him later or outsprint him.

Unless the sight of Pogi and Paul riding away is so demoralizing he mentally breaks like he sometimes does.

The French speaking boys will ride together against Pogi.

Paul can follow Pogi on Redoute I think, with Remco close behind. If they can repeat that effort on the Faucons will be something else. Pogi solo of course, and hoping Remco doesn’t go over the limit following Paul in those fast corners in the descents.

Pogacar there : Seixas 2 nd (Pogacar working like in RVV for him not to come back).
Pogacar not there, Remco wins.

I think/hope there is a chance that Paul's presence forces Pog to back off the pace between climbs and Remco can pace back

Remco. Terrain suits him better, and Seixas' performance on the Mur today was not extraordinary after what seemed like a fairly easy edition of Fleche.

One minor joker is Remco's positioning though, which has been pretty bad in LBL in recent years. But a much better team in RBH should have this fixed now.

If Pogacar goes all out on Redoute only Jonas in TdF shape can (maybe) follow him. If anyone else does, it means he didn't go all out
