Just one more year to go before he can race again in Colombia

He received a life ban from the Italian federation in 2020 (I think for supposedly buying or selling EPO).
Could he try to register in a different country and race outside of Italy? Any experts?

Pretty sure a prime Rico could handle a Vingegaard, Remco or Pogacar.

I would welcome a comeback of Ricco. He‘s sharp and climbs similarly well as Vingegaard.

Another comeback I‘m looking forward to is the January 1, 2025, Patrik Sinkewitz comeback. I hope he soon signs a pre contract with Soudal-QuickStep, in order to go for a later LBL victory. Hope Lefevere signs Rabottini as Patrik‘s key domestique. After past harsh accusations, Patrik and DS Davide Bramati now should go on well together…
