Yes, i'm sure they randomly added one name of all the names that weren't listed and posted in the topic, and decided to ignore all the others.
Next time just do a search for the name in the first page of the topic with your browser. Best a part of the name without special characters.

Well, he's the latest to have been added. Maybe they just stopped on September 19 or 20...
