Ivan Basso & Steven Kruijswijk

I agree if we are talking post holiday Basso, but pre holiday RoboBasso then it's whole different story as he was nothing like Kruijswijk :D
They're both diesel climbers that ace on long cols, got some kinda tt ability, gorgeous riding style and weak descenders. The copy, Kruijswijk, is never as good as the original of course!

Bob Jungels & Tom Dumoulin

Yes. Both have shown nothing on the cobbles, despite having the great headstart of being big Beneluxers with huge ITTing talent. Jungels won PR U23 but has shown nothing since. Both their best pro result on anything resembling cobbles is a top 20 in Strade Bianche.

Dumoulin was great on the Muur in Eneco this year though

Gaviria and Tom Boonen?!
Probably a bit too early to tell, Boonen was pretty much born on cobbles, but I can see where you're coming from, he's a world class sprinter and at the same time a hardman who can animate one day races, a bit like a young Tommeke.
