What would be funny is Powless, MVDP, Pog and Wout getting away.

Exactly, that’s what has changed the dynamic in this race. Roubaix might still be a little more wide open because there are other variables and no climbs that obliterate the competition. They will never die wondering by letting the race develop too far ahead of them while they get in a staring contest.
Both would rather risk blowing up spectacularly than not be in a position to win.
And then there’s egg noodles . . .Well, pasta mixed with chicken is fairly common, and - when you think about it - egg is just... really young chicken.
Also, spaghetti carbonara.
Yeah, but note that Gerrans (if he raced it in those years) was never going to be on Cancellara’s wheel after Kwaremont/Paterberg. Different races.
Something along these lines should be the tactics. Real hoopers know the most important rule of cycling, you only need to be at the front once.
I am a big fan of Pogacar and think he will win tomorrow, but it would be fun if he does not win, just to see what you would be writing.Tomorrow's stage will be a second version of GdL. Everyone will try to anticipate Pogacar's move but UAE is too strong and just rip the peloton in pieces climb after climb and then the Poggenheimer will strike.
Gerransball is universal, and can be applied in multiple situations, if by some chance Van Der Poel is still with him after Paterberg then Pogacar should laugh at him and shrug his shoulders. Let Fred Wright and Jenno Berckmoes who are 4 minutes behind come back, 11th is the same as 2nd to him.Yeah, but note that Gerrans (if he raced it in those years) was never going to be on Cancellara’s wheel after Kwaremont/Paterberg. Neither of those two will ever be a Gerrans.Gerransball is universal, and can be applied in multiple situations, if by some chance Van Der Poel is still with him after Paterberg then Pogacar should laugh at him and shrug his shoulders. Stage 6 TDF 2023Neither of those two will ever be a Gerrans.
I doubt Van der Poel will launch a massive assault on Pogačar thoughStage 6 TDF 2023
He did the right thing too, played on Visma's arrogance.
What is your point exactly? I'm humble enough to recognize when I'm wrong and congratule a fantastic rider like MVP (if he wins).I am a big fan of Pogacar and think he will win tomorrow, but it would be fun if he does not win, just to see what you would be writing.
Well, he did launch an attack on Kruisberg in 2023 after he dropped his chain at the start of the climb. Pog could follow quite easily though, but van Aert dropped. If he attacks I think it will be on Kruisberg or Taaienberg. These climbs suit MVDP.I doubt Van der Poel will launch a massive assault on Pogačar though
As long as Pog doesn't play his music too loud tonight, he should be ok.I doubt Van der Poel will launch a massive assault on Pogačar though
This still freaks me out. But that's the significance of drafting when you are traveling around 40km/hrDidn't they break the climbing record on Cipressa and MVDP could easily hold on?
That's a weird flex bro. Just enjoy the racing, eh?I am a big fan of Pogacar and think he will win tomorrow, but it would be fun if he does not win, just to see what you would be writing.
Just watched it. Quite good. One thing is for sure, Mads isn't a lazy guy, damn he trains hard. Also has a great mentality and personality, quite funny and really cares about everyone in the team. There is a new documentary with Mads Pederson coming to Discovery/TNT. Title is Chasing Cobbles. He says he dreams of winning a monument before he retires.

He said he would sacrifice anything to win a monument. A couple years ago, he said he would never do altitude training again because he doesn't want to be in a bubble for 3 weeks (away from his family, etc) even if he was 2/3% better. There is a new documentary with Mads Pederson coming to Discovery/TNT. A little bit of hypocrisy...
Well, proves he can change in the documentary. Never really cared about eating properly, but then got a nutritionist. And sacrifices... well watch the documentary, one time he is away 2,5 months from his wife. Trains 7 hour rides more than any rider I have ever heard of. When the other guys are finished after 6 hours, Mads does 1 more hour behind the moto. The level of commitment he shows is impressive. He said he would sacrifice anything to win a monument. I am of the opinion that you have been (unnecessary) repetitive about Pogacar killing the race the second Kwaremont and it reminds me of Chewbaccas repetitive comments about MVP not having a chance before MSR. I might got the wrong picture of you ( I'll be humble enough to recognize it if I'm wrong), but I think for example the comment you made earlier about Pogacar being able to catch 3 minute on Pedersen with one leg being borderline disrespectful and combined with the repetitive posts I believe I would find pleasure in seeing you having to congratulate (it’s not like I don’t believe you would do it, that’s not the point at all) another winner. What is your point exactly?
It’s not a flex at all lol, and don’t worry: I will enjoy the racing. And I hope I will enjoy reading here as well, because why would I spend time here if I didn’t?That's a weird flex bro. Just enjoy the racing, eh?
Why is it disrespectful when I say Pogacar would catch Pedersen easily (this is what means with "one leg") even if he had a 3 minutes gap? Yes, I do believe Pogacar can really win 3 minutes on Pedersen (it is my opinion, in any point I was disrespectful towards Pedersen) . You can think it is disrespectful but Pogacar already showed multiple times he is way above any version of Pedersen in his career.I am of the opinion that you have been (unnecessary) repetitive about Pogacar killing the race the second Kwaremont and it reminds me of Chewbaccas repetitive comments about MVP not having a chance before MSR.
