ferrari won't ride. he is only allowed to ride race slike taiwan. he is in their b squad besides it's all for rujano this year and the riders in settimana squad are certain and so is monsalve because the sponsor wants 4 venezuelan riders in. serpa can win this race, although I hope he isn't in shape too early again. last 2 years he got sick in first week giro

perhaps so but even then the guy clean is clealry nothing like the sella of old. last year he seemed pretty well in giro but idneed faded away more probably because he isn't that good as a grand tour stage racer.
