Great OP. Seriously, what happened to including the most basic information?
I could have sworn the OP included the entire startlist, maybe the poster edited it out later

Hm that's weird.

I did because it was provisional. I will include it again when the final one arrives ;)

Provisional startlist is pretty accurate. Much better than nothing.

I'll throw it in again then

I'd love to see Kreuziger win it. Liked him since 2013 when I thought he sacrificed a shot at a podium spot in the Tour working for AC. Love it when those super domestiques get to step out and shine.

Valverde, poels and van Garderen are my podium picks. Should be a good race, seems like a pretty even split of big riders between this and algarve
And yet the Algarve thread has 7 pages already while Andalucia has 7 posts. I wonder why.

I also think it's between Bala, Poels and TvG with Majka also beeing up there.
The Algarve thread was created 1 week ago while this one was created 5 hours ago.
You just proved the point!

I'm most of all interested in how Kelderman will do.
Last year he had a train wreck of a year so he's better bounce back this year or become one of those many big dutch hype talents :D
I'm more eager to see whether Kruijswijk can develop based on his 2015 renaissance. If he improves like he should've done after 2011 he's still the real deal as Dutch climber!

This race is too short for Kruijswijk. Kelderman will be their man.

This. Kruijswijk is a GT man, if only he would be able to be good in the first week.

Watching it on Eurosport, but with far less enthusiasm than the previous edition.
Although the field should provide entertainment, the absence of Tour hunters took away the euphoria.

If I recall well, the last year's edition was the first directly broadcast, and my strong impression is it's been done 'cause of the start list. Then, I suppose, the race organizers wanted more than a year deal and we have it live again, despite more interesting start lists of the rivalling races.
