Ligget's having a bit of a shocker on ITV4, calling one rider after another a few seconds before they cross the line.

Just said, good ride by Leipheimer, "just outsde top 10" when he was 5 seconds from home, as the places ticked on, 17th, 26th, 31st with each second then "oh and he ends 43rd!"

Froome is up. Sky need a good time from him if Wiggo somehow fails down the line. Come on Froomy!!!

The lack of faith in Wiggo surprises me. I wouldn't expect him to fail in the first week, as he's been in great form lately. The question for me is if he'll fade later in the race.

If he was a horse, he would be taken round the back and shot.

Hilarious. Wonder what a week of cold and wet weather would do to him. Anyone know the forecast?

Good time by Froome
