I would probably still rate Milan higher.
And with the way Pellizzari rides at the moment, he could probably contend for the Giro podium.
Things in italian cycling look a bit brighter than 12 months ago imo.

his giro stage win and fourth at the euros are his only high level results, and the gifted breakaway win was also not against the stiffest competition. as great as it was

i think its fair to rank him just in front of fortunato and tiberi atm in fifth place
