He'll be considered a winner by Contador fans.
Wrong.

SilentAssassin said:
For people that dislike Contador, which is the majority, he will not be considered the 2010 TDF winner. And people overall don't like cheats in general, so Contador will never be considered the winner, even unofficially in most people's eyes.
Wrong.

SilentAssassin said:
A lot of people booed Contador in 2010. He was never a crowd favorite, so your blind fan favoritism is clouding your judgement.
Interesting choice of words.

SilentAssassin said:
But "In people's eyes" doesn't matter. What matters is the official record. And that shows AS as the winner for 2010. To the majority, Contador will always be a cheat in their eyes now. He'll never gain back his reputation. Sorry but it's the cold hard truth and the reality of the situation.
Wrong again.

You really need to study the troll manual further. Being entertaining would make your time here more worthwhile. As it is...

Btw, try extra hard on the "Silent" part. It'll suit you better.

Ive thought I funny for a while now that of all the riders in the peloton all the reviled riders only the fairly bland inconspicuous Schlecks " I'm guessing more directed at Andy" have there own deppreciation thread not Cav, Cancellara, Contador, Evans or Gilbert but mummys boy Schleck.

Live in your fantasy world where Contador is some kind of cycling hero. I pity the people that stand behind this fraud, and a known cheat that has been banned.

I'll enjoy this year's TDF much more without AC in it, with great champions like Cadel, Menchov, and Schleck :D

While i do agree that AC cheated, his offending level was so low there is no possible way of knowing if it provided an increase in performance. give the guy a chance to come back clean and then we can compare like with like!

Come on Cadel, Wiggins and schleck for GC
Cav for Green

Unless you have some inside information which none of us have you have no idea if Contador did dope and to what extent and what the circumstances were, so if you are so moral that you can't enjoy a TDF without a cetain rider then consider the fact that it is actually totally unfair to put him down to that extent.
Imagine he hadn't "cheated"....

All of those riders have had negative threads in the past just listed under other titles. Let's face it, Andy Schleck is an expert at giving himself bad press. As for the Contador mess I think most people are caught in between. A mixture of anger and disappointment.

I find Andy Schleck inoffensive and if anything kind of Bland that's why I'm surprised this is the only thread of its kind.

He doesn't steal. He pushes that bottle in the back of Cav with such a force! The result was Cav crashing! Disgraceful!

I think we might have to petition the uci to disqualify him from the tour of oman and lose his stage results :S that'll teach him

The Schleck hate here has not much to do with the Schlecks. It's about everybody boasting about how they hate them so much to fit in with main crowd here.

Stick around, Andy's latest comments, whilst perfectly logical and sensible to me, will just fuel the hater's fire:(

to be fair schelcky does come out with some just odd things... like saying he was going too hard in the early season last year, I am an andy fan and I hope he wins the tour this year and the next! but some of his comments are just nonsense.... Dont see anything wrong with this latest news story though http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/schleck-confident-of-success-at-2012-tour-de-france

c'mon man not even virenque could say this shiit.good luck going at 70 km to go like in a classic with uk postal and omega chasing your asz.luz ardiden and plateau de beille didn't suit him last year,or was it frank?

Bruyneel and Schleck are right that there are more, or rather, better opportunities to attack from "far" out this year.

If Andy attacks, RadioShack will already have destroyed most of the field, so it'll be every man for himself with the odd super domestique thrown in. Unless Sky really goes Postal on us, which I ****ing doubt.

i'm all for attacking from far out but that's of course riskier than save it for a full-gas last 6 km of the climb armstrong style.2011 route was way better than 2012 for andy.
the good phrase should have been:

"Compared with 2011, we anticipate more stages where I MUST try something"

big difference,he will have to.
