Because you are dealing with an older cohort of athletes and recent discussions refer to 20 or 25 years ago.

Add dealing with an abrasive caucasian is different to dealing with a Chinese person.

It’s not arrogance, he’s just thick. He’s real role at British Cycling was finding those who willing to dope and remove those who were not. Sutton doesn’t have an ounce of talent in his soul.
