Should Team Sky be allowed two teams in the 2013 TDF?

REmember the beginning of this season, when everyone said that BMC's super team would win everything in sight, with Evans, Hushovd, Gilbert, etc.etc.

Didn't happen.

So don't get too giddy about Sky.
