Riccardo Ricco, freshly signed by Garmin after he was cleared by CAS, looks smooth in the wheel of Bradley Wiggins. Everyone is expecting the attack from Cobra di Formigine today, the people's hope in the terrible battle with the Sky robots.

People at the finish line weren't disappointed at the end of the stage.
Regarded as the new cycling hope after all the scandals rocketing the sport, Riccardo Ricco won the stage in a full display of power and awesomeness.

Unfortunately, the gap of just 30 seconds to the leader Bradley Wiggins wasn't enough for Ricco to take the maglia rosa. But it was enough to prove that only one of these two tough men is gonna win this Giro d'Italia edition, the third in the stage,Esteban Chaves, arriving at more than four minutes back.
Invited after, at Processo alla tappa, Sir Wiggo answered kindly to all of Alessandra's questions. Asked about what he thinks about Il Cobra, Wiggins was visibly shaking, full of admiration for Cobra and he tried to deliver the answer in italian : "Io lo amo. Io penso che Riccardo è un grande." ...

Today the riders will face up the 15th stage of the race, with the pass of Telegraphe + Galibier, where Pantani knocked down Ullrich for finally win the 98 Tour de France. This time the Galibier will be the top and the finish line.
The colombian Johan Chaves, who is 11° in the GC, at 11'40" from Wiggins, said this morning that he'll go for the stage. The maglia rosa Bradley Wiggins lost too much time with Nibali and Samuel yesterday but he feels "confident about my possibilities. I have a great team which is doing a nice work defending the leadership"
For sure we'll present a great show. See you this evening.

Hello guys this is Jason_Mercier TV giving full coverage of the Giro D'Italia. Today is the 15th stage of the race, 150 kms between Cesana Torinese and Valloire. There are three mountain passes, at first the Col du Mont Cenis (30kms) from 90 kilometres to the finish line and then after the plane the Galibier by the Telegraphe. Three hard and long climbs which will bring the riders to their limit.
Let's go quickly with the live because the race is a non stop.
The bunch is already climbing the first difficulty of the day, Team Sky is commanding in the tough ramps of Mont Cenis. In the front a massive breakway of 15 units where stand out the 7th of the General Classification the Androni Giocattoli leader Franco Pellizzoti which is 8'02" after Wiggins, the colombians Johan Chaves & Carlos Betancur, Matteo Rabottini, the french guys Arnold Jeannesson and Kenny Elissonde, the winner of the 2007 edition Il Killer Danilo Di Luca and the Astana climber Paolo Tiralongo, this mean something? The bests placed in the GC are as i said Franco Pellizzoti, plus Johan Chaves and Arnold Jeannesson, 11° and 13° respectively.

ATTENTION. In this moment the break have ¡6'30"! and is in the second part of Cenis. ¡SO FRANCO PELLIZZOTI IS THREATENING THE MAGLIA ROSA! His teammate Emanuele Sella is taking him and the group to the top of the climb while in the peloton only survive
1,2,3... 25 units which are moving at Kiriyenka's pace. Pellizzoti is obliging Sky to put a high rhytm. Here are the markings, Nibali is at Wiggins wheel, after Vincenzo stay Samuel Sánchez and then Gesink, Kruivswijk, Cunego, Hesjedal, Majka, Intxausti, Garzelli... Il Squalo is showing a great strength:cool: , that's Rujano progressing in the left part of the pack, he's looking so powerful too. On the other hand the canadian leader of Garmin, Ryder Hesjedal, has bad gesture:eek: in spite of stay in the firsts possitions.
Some guys suffer in the break:eek: are Yonathan Monsalve and Stephen Cummings, now there are only 8 riders alive and the group is reaching the summit with a heart-stopping pace. Emanuele Sella and Kenny Elissonde are relaying and working for their leaders and
now go through the mountain pass. ¡Nobody could go for the points of the mountain
classification! this give us an idea of how fast is riding the head group. ¡The differences
increase and are now of 7'! Now is time for advertisements. We'll be back soon.

Hi guys, here we are again. The Peloton is now in St Michel de Maurienne riding to the Telegraphe. Euskaltel Euskadi is in this moment in the head of the pack and begin to put an uncomfortable pace, here are Gorka Verdugo, Igor Antón and Samuel Sánchez in a perfect line , the group have few units and the race is in a rush. And now they arrive to the first ramp of the climb.
Verdugo moves to one side and now is Antón' s turn. POROPOMPOPOM!!! THIS IS DAMIANO CUNEGO ATTACKING FROM THE CORNER, BEÑAT INTXAUSTI LEAVES TO HIS WHEEL AND AFTER HIM IS RUJANO!! THIS IS A CAOTIC SITUATION
WHHHAT IS THIS!!!!!!! IS NIBALIIIII! NIBALII IS ATTACKING FROM 30 KMS TO THE FINISH LINE!! WIGGINS IS LITERALLY FIXED AT HIS WHEEL AND WHAT A DEMOLITION IS MAKING IL SQUALO WHICH IS FLYING ENCOURAGED BY THE TIFOSSI WHICH HAVE TRAVELLED TO FRANCE. NOBODY CAN STAY WITH THE BOTH LEADERS, CUNEGO AND THE OTHER GUYS GET DROPPED AND THIS IS A ONE VERSUS ONE.
Sánchez tries to get closer them, little by little he gets it. Then in a second group we see Rujano, Gesink, Scarponi, Porte, Cunego ... Scarponi and ... Duarte. WHERE'S HESJEDAL? HESJEDAL IS NOT IN THIS GROUP EITHER. HE WILL LOSE A HUGE TIME TODAY. THE CANADIAN IS LOSING THE GIRO D'ITALIA:eek::eek:

IN THE BREAKWAY PELLIZZOTI IS CHANGING THE RHYTM, CHAVES RESPOND QUICKLY, DI LUCA IS SUFFERING LIKE A DEVIL TO FOLLOW THE COLOMBIAN, WITH HIM IS BETANCUR. THE FRENCH GUYS AND RABOTTINI CAN'T WITH THIS. BRAVO FOR THEM. The Androni Giocattoli leader passes the top first, here are too Chaves, Betancur and Di Luca. Now will face up the descent to the Galibier.
In the Maglia rosa group Nibali continues forcing Wiggins and Samuel, the Astana leader
is posing an exhaustion battle to his main opponents.

The breakway is now in the ramps of Galibier ¡What a beautiful scene! The human versus the elements. PELLIZZOTI ATTACKS WITH ALL, HE WANTS TO GIVE A BIG STEP IN THE GC AND IS PUTTING ALL OVER THE TABLE. BETANCUR IS DROPPING, BETANCUR IS LITERALLY DIE, WE CAN SEE IT IN HIS FACE... THE GUY IS ABSOLUTELY OVERCOOKED. AND DI LUCA TOO IS MISSING IN THE DISTANCE. THIS IS A BATTLE BETWEEN FRANCO AND JOHAN CHAVES, THE NEW LUCHO HERRERA... ¡¡¡CHAVES PARTEEEE!!!! THE COLOMBIAN KID WANTS TO MAKE HISTORY IN THE GIRO D'ITALIA, HE IS DROPPING PELLIZZOTI AND CLIMBING TO THE TOP. COLOMBIAN PEOPLE ARE NOW LIVING THE BEST DAY OF THEIR LIFES. COLOMBIA IS MAKING HISTORY. CHAVES WILL BE THE NEXT ESCARABAJO WHICH ACHIEVES THE VICTORY IN A QUEEN STAGE OF THE GIRO. THE LAST WAS LUIS HERRERA.

Di Luca and Betancur passes the finish line 1'05 after Chaves. Nibali is arriving, we can see Sánchez a couple of meters after him, Wiggins doesnt look well... He is now in a critical moment. After Bradley there are a group of five guys, Robert Gesink, Arnold Jeannesson, José Rujano, Damiano Cunego and Fabio Duarte. Gesink is assuming the responsibility.
