Brailsford apparently talking about winning with a frenchman because the team needs a new goal after succeding with a Brit...

Maybe he knows Froome will not last long, or/and to change team?

Surely would be strange "ditching" Froome who should have several years in him yet.. Unless he knows something we don't

To the bolded, are you sure about that? Brailsford seems to feel differently. We have some history that suggests otherwise.

Let's face it, Sky could probably pick up a few pointers on Cortisone use and a French TdF win for French-owned ASO would put Sky in the good books for most of the UCI races around the world yeah?

Actually, how about Vroomie doomed already in 2014? Easy to produce some illness or little crash on cobbles and go home, then Little Ritchie steps in and goes full ***, and once in yellow on Champs Elyssees the press will come with a nice story about his french roots to fulfill Brailsfraud's prophecy.
