If I understand correctly, the race is down to 22 men...

Vincenzo Nibali (Liquigas Cannondale), Daniel Oss (Liquigas Cannondale), Peter Sagan (Liquigas Cannondale), Paolo Tiralongo (Astana), Robert Kiserlovski (Astana), Damiano Cunego (Lampre Isd), Francesco Gavazzi (Lampre Isd), Matthew Busche (Team Radioshack), Benjamin King (Team Radioshack), Pavel Brutt (Katusha Team), Alexander Porsev (Katusha Team), Rafai Chtioui (Acqua & Sapone), Brent Bookwalter (BMC Racing), Chad Beyer (BMC Racing), Emanuele Sella (Androni Giocattoli), Jonathan Monsalve (Androni Giocattoli), Alessandro De Marchi (Androni Giocattoli), Roberto Ferrari (Androni Giocattoli), Costantino Zaballa (Miche Guerciotti), Thomas Geraint (Great Britain), Elia Favilli (Farnese Vini Neri Sottoli) e Oscar Gatto (Farnese Vini Neri Sottoli)

No one tell ACF he has 2 in there.

i wonder if Sagan would be kind enough to let Oss win

Ferrari, Zaballa, Brutt, Thomas, Oss and Favilli have escaped... I think. 12" with 20km or so to go.

Wow... Looking at the Almeria line-up today, Rabobank have gone pure overkill. They've put Freire, Bos, Matthews, and Brown on one 8-man squad. If they don't win this I think their season might just as well be over.

CQ is reporting that Ivan won in Lugano... wow, that's a bit of a shock.

1 Basso - 2 Duarte - 3 Visconti

It's all about #2 though!

Live text for Ardeche:

http://www.directvelo.com/live-course/1032/boucles-du-sud-ardeche-1-1.html

Les 5 coureurs de tête : Guillaume Bonnafond (Ag2r-La Mondiale), Bruno Pires (Leopard Trek), Yannick Talabardon (Saur - Sojasun), Sylvain Georges (BigMat - Auber 93) et Eduardo Gonzalo (La Pomme Marseille)

50" with 28km to go. Go Bruno!

Edit: 20" with 25km to go... coming down fast. One more go of the climb @ 15km so the winner should come from there.

This is very interesting.

Basso now shows awesome form. Gesink won in Oman. Samu came 2nd on a Andalucia stage. Cadel Evans still to start but usualy performs from the get go. The Great One 4th in Algarve.

But Andrew does nothing. Christian always complains that we should be critical of Contador for doing well in every race rather than of Schleck for doing poor, but we now see that absolutely every TDF contender has shown their stuff. Its only Andrew who prats around doing nothing till July.

Yeh, nice result :)

Ardeche:

More than 15 "ahead for the escapees on the bunch led by Stuart O'Grady (Leopard Trek), they are in focus.

LEOPARD-TREK chasing their own man? Great! Maybe Girdymann will have a go.

Edit: Break is dead.

11 riders are 15 "on both head:

Gerdemann, Vichot, Geniez, Pires, Wegmann, Hardy, Fedrigo, Gautier, Péraud, Jeandesboz and another runner.

Come on LEPERS, you should be able to get a win from this.

Umm, it seems Pauriol and Coppel are still in front (17"), those 11 are the remnants of the pack.

Bos DNF in Spain. Brownie ftw.

Lol, Pelucchi beat Rabobank
Well the fastest sprinter was out sick (Bos withdrew). Matthews went in the attack, and we all know Freire and Brown are too slow to win an actual mass sprint with real sprinters
