True but is he the most attacking and pulls off miraculous wins. I would have to say that goes to Voeckler.

We need a Hoogerland award for aggression and sheer awesome toughness. Then he can fight it out with Jens year by year.

I'm kind of starting to respect the guy, Hoogie and also dont forget Flecha - make the primadonnas that play for Barcelona FC and other football teams look like soft whiny little girls.

I'm easy with the blood but I think there should of been a warning about the fact we were going a see an image of Hoogerlands **** cheeks.

Damn! I knew he was cut up bad, but Good Lord! Talk about Hardcore Champion.

Johnny and Fletcha should be allowed to drag that driver across the pavement @ 30mph and into a barbwire fence as payback.

Most Aggressive Rider Cat

This has just raised the bar significantly on 'What you have to do to qualify as the Most Aggressive Rider'. Many breakaway specialist sat around on the rest day working out their strategies!!:D

All the best to Hoogerloon and I'm praying he makes it to Paris

Someone missing from this thread is Jurgen Van den Broeck. He got back on his bike and rode with 3 broken ribs, a broken shoulder blade, and a collapsed lung. No, he didn't make it to the finish, but he still got back on his bike. Most people with those injuries wouldn't have gotten up off the road until a stretcher arrived, and he got on his bike and rode...not far, but still...

All cyclists are tough. Well done to both of them.
