The Vuelta a Chiriqui is going on right now. All I've been able to muster so far is what I believe to be someone from Colombia-Claro that has the race lead. Two stages in so far.

Has anyone got the latest on Colombias bid for the World Championship 2017?

Much appreciated.

I've only seen something about Medellin hosting the 2016 BMX worlds.
Seems like Australia will hold the roads in 2017.

In Vuelta a Chiriquí, things haven't changed much:
3rd stage was a TTT which was won obviously (judging by initial ITT) by Coopenae Economy Movistar and that helped putting some seconds or rivals
From there 3 stages has been won by Colombians running in Panamanian teams and one local:
4th stage COL Luis Silva Rali Claro B
5th stage COL Nicolas Castro Rali Claro A
6th stage PAN Fernando Ureña Rali Claro B
7th stage COL Francisco Colorado UNACHI

The GC:
1 RAABE, Henry COOPENAE-ECONOMY "A" 15:48:32.
2 BONILLA, José COOPENAE-ECONOMY "A" 30.
3 DURAN, Marconi COOPENAE-ECONOMY "A" 42.
4 RODAS, Julián COLDEPORTES CLARO (COLOMBIA) 59.
5 SANCHEZ, Alexander COOPENAE-ECONOMY "A" 1:03.
6 COLORADO, Francisco UNACHI - BIG COLA - CACCECHI, R.L. 1:06.
7 CASTRO, Nicolás RALI - CLARO-GIANT PANAMA "A 1:36.
8 RODRIGUEZ, Maicol RALI - CLARO-GIANT PANAMA "A 1:44.
9 CARRETERO, Ramón RALI - CLARO-GIANT PANAMA "A 1:56.
10 PEÑA, Cristian RALI - CLARO-GIANT PANAMA "A 1:56.

Today is 114 Km with a hill in the middle of the stage, Tomorrow will be the ITT and on Sunday a circuit.
Unless there are hundreds of attacks today, this is pretty much over for Raabe.

Could anybody give me intell on Salvador Moreno Hernandez recent winner of the Tour of Bolivia?

How good is he?

And he was spotted as rumour for Colombia Pro Cycling Team. Is it still possible he could join them?

So a new Chilean team is riding in 2014. The Mansilla brothers and Wolfgang Burman are in it. Anymore info on this?

Pablo Urtasun and Juan Oroz have signed a contract with that new team (Pinoroad). Both from Euskaltel. Especially Urtasun is a spectaculair signing for them, because he's good enough for the WT level.
