they are also the national championships. so casas wears colombian jersey next year in itt. they are just being done in state form instead of team form. which is a way better format as well. especially in colombia

not a very good team unfortunately. except older riders like walter perez, pagani, arone and gerardo fernandez. there are way better talents in buenos aires then those.
