The Twitter feed doesn't have precedence over the race radio and what the officers do on the road.

I'm not saying it wasn't on the race radio. I don't know. The Spanish Eurosport commentators say it wasn't. Others say it was. Hence, it's not clear.

In any case its a major screw up by RCS. They cant say different things in different official channels.

IF they changes their mind about the neutralization they reported on twitter/Radio or any other channel they should report that on the radio before the descent. Its not fair to leave the teams and riders confused like that

My guess: it was more a situation of Cataldo attacking anyway (might not even have heard it on race radio) and everyone but Uran just piling on in. Then RCS realizes they actually have no way to enforce neutralization they announced so make out like it never happened.
