Come on dude, just use your brains. It's called common sense. Rodriguez and Quintana are strong in bad weather, Froome and Contador not so much. Don't know about Valverde.
he is murciano,so you can guess:D:D

GC battle won't be even close to interesting with no stage win up for grabs. Oh well.
thats quite possible, yes. But I think someone big will attack, its a rest day tomorrow:cool:

How is it common sense? If it's so simple then proof it, i've seen froome fail one time in the bad weather. Is that enough to make such a claim? Seems silly.

Froome did also really good in bad weather, last year romandie.

Nah, you can believe whatever you want. It makes no difference for me.

And there we go, why are you on a forum when you can never have a serious discussion? I'm not even trolling, i asked a serious question.

Let's state things that aren't even proven. That's something for religious people...

Contador is strong just look this spring. Bad or good weather performances are always relative to form. The same goes for the rest

Anyway, from a tactical point of view this is excelent. It reminds me Giro 2010.

And how Movistar, Sky, Tinkoff and even Katusha are going to respond?

:D Beatiful race, ugly organisation, still no tv:(

No, I just meant, I could go and spend the next hour finding proof, or I could just accept that you believe Quintana and Rodriguez aren't stronger in bad weather than Froome, Contador and Valverde, and do something I actually enjoy. Simples.

Gap 8.15 to peoloton. So "Anaconda" is the virtual red jersey with over 5 minutes.

Dr. Juice said:
First time the gap is coming down. Under 8 minutes now. Let's see if there is a team pulling. If the breakaway loses elements in the first ascent, the respective teams might start to pull. Also Tinkoff has no one in the break, but I doubt they want to make the race today.

I think they had some sort of plan but has switched to plan B now when they at least doesnt need to worry about the seconds. Still disappointing and ridiculous that a 30+ break slipped away under the radar like this.

Bad weather is good for Purito/Quintana. Therefore even if Froome is better in bad weather than hot weather, it is worse for him by comparison to his main rivals.

Pelotón a 8'30"

Las condiciones climatológicas siguen siendo complicadas en la línea de meta y en toda la zona de la ascensión final.

Oh please. She said her piece and is done with the subject - which is her right. Just because someone asks a question doesn't mean anyone else is obligated to answer it. She doesn't want to be bothered. Let's move on rather than start another forum vortex about people backing up their claims.

If someone wins a lot of races in bad weather, then he's good in that kind of circumstances.

Period.

It's not that hard to understand. Riders win despite of the weather conditions, not because of them. Thunder and lightning is not going to add 50 watts to Rodriguez's legs.

Stop, please.

Ever heard of losing power (wats), instead of win them?

That is exactly what Miburo was talking about, no evidence of Contador or Valverde losing watts in bad weather.
