No, he has races to win that he likes. Have you watched coverage of the UAE Tour? Remco will do what makes sense and focus on his own form. He's the WC and isn't worrying about the program of others, or shouldn't be.

Remco will come to the same conclusion as Tadej....this UAE race is alot of logistics and dust.
