I mean at this point Pogacar's 'likeable' traits include "smiling at camera when he wins by infinite watts glitch" and "Occasionally give bottle to kid who worships him like Jesus" and dislikeable traits include just about everything else.
if you find everything unlikable by a guy then we have a word for that. Noone races as him but that annoys you too when he wins ive seen. Just be honest its hard for Pogacar to ever please you unless he lose lets just call a spade for a spade..

What a petty little man, it's not like she should have a spot just because she is his gf...
True, but from what I read the selection was made at the end of last year. And one of the criteria was 1-day races where the coach said Zigart never did well enough to merit a spot. But if you look at the points she is the best Slovenia has. Not to mention 9th in Suisse GC and 12th in the Giro.

Someone not disliking him I would argue he is easily the most likable guy in the peloton followed by Van der Poel for many more reasons than one fellow.

Ofcourse.

Only 2 memes ever apply. I speak and get big trouble. And they hate Jesus Red Rick for speaking the truth
The truth is he is in fact easily the most likeable guy in the peloton by far? The facts says so no? Your truth is not the opinions of the general public in facts its the opposite which is the case.

Sure not everyone cant like the same so might be your truth thats only fair.
offensive racing might not be for everyone, countless attacks in all terrains every race, getting to watch the best cyclist of all time with also most panache in the peloton along with Remco it is rough dude

Just wild to not like him ofc get it if your fav rider lose cause of him which im sure I read was a reason you said one time granted its valid and understandable though.

The other riders' winning chances at the Olympics just increased by around 50 percent following the news that Pogacar isn't going.

I wonder if we're going to see teams adjust to Pogacars calendar, so that they won't send their best riders to races where Pogacar is participating ... ;)
I think they already are, look at the lack of depth in the Giro this year. I think the likes of Carapaz/S.Yates/Mas/Rodriguez might have ridden the Giro if Pogi hadn't as they would smell the chance of winning the overall. But when Pogi announced they switched to the Tour

All people are eminently unlikeable once you know them well enough.
That's why I don't let people get to know me.

Why is Pogi dropping out of the Olympics. He's not tired! And this is a big race which he has an outside chance of winning and only happens every 4 years. Does this mean he is considering riding the Vuelta?

He will witdraw from the Olympics citing fatigue, then do a small vacation and then:

I decided to take part in the Vuelta as a part of WC preparations. I'll be helping Adam and Joao but during one stage I might stretch my legs a bit!

He comes across thoughtful and intelligent and is very open in interviews which I like. He also clearly loves racing his bike and wants to win. He seems like a great guy who is passionate about what he does. Really, your only reason for disliking him is that he is good. In that respect, I agree that it would be nice if cycling is more competitive but that is not Pogi's fault but his rivals for not matching his level. And even then, we've had so many races that he's made more interesting because of it like MSR and his Flanders win was really exciting
