I don't think anyone but sprinters can win those sort of stage. You'd have to look at stage races with things such as cobbles and gravel and it is understood he was quite competitive in those, even though it isn't worth the energy expenditure in a race where mountains are decisive on other days

You're right. For that reason I said 3 months to shred 2/3 kilos of muscle. It is way harder but possible. If we are talking about shredding fat, in a month they lose 2 kg easily.
Physiologically for someone who is already that lean to lose 2kg it would be very difficult to shed much fat and any lean muscle mass loss before something like a grand tour is very risky.

They both look lovely, one thing i could suggest is they could wear something matching, considering they are a couple. In the end they booth went with their own style and that is OK too. Usually there is a reason behind such things anyway. For example Pogi got a haircut from a 15 year old kid riding for Pogi team, such story always tops professional stylists in my book. Still, nothing wrong with professional look either, Rogla and Pogi in matching suits with bow ties, that was priceless too. The main problem here likely was Urška looked at Pogi shoes and said no way am i doing that, Pogi on the other hand can afford it.
Absolutely not. What a load of ridiculousness.

Remco did it this year. To support his collarbone, he built some muscle in his upper body (specially shoulders) and then le lost it before the Tour. Like I said, it is a hard task but 3 months is a lot too.

You are aware couples are not required to wear matching clothes, right?

Matching Outfits are more than just wearing clothes of the same color or design. They symbolize harmony, unity, and the special bond shared between two people. When couples dress in Matching Outfits, they not only make a fashion statement but also showcase their connection and affection for each other. It’s a delightful way to express love and togetherness, visually communicating to the world that you and your partner are a cohesive unit.
