have vingegaard even beaten a pogacar without injuries ever? These trolls are insane. By ur logic Kuss beat vingegaard in vuelta too im sure you dont believe kuss is better than vingegaard or do you? he beat him so?!
Ill tell you a secret. The whole jumbo team knows pogacar is stronger than vinge in every single GT hes only way of beating him is if pogacar is not 100% aynthing else has never happend expecially last 2 years were pogacar only increased the lvl gap (no last year tour entering with no prep and riding with a broken wrist im surely dont make anyone the greatest GT rider but run along with that if it makes you happy if anything objectively solidified how strnog pog is cause anyone else in his position wouldnt even be able to enter TDf yet alone ride how he did with a fracture in the wrist..) how is it that its hard for someone to objectively look at easy stuff? I know hes from DK but still.
Even entire jumbo teams knows the best way of beating pogacar in a GT whatever one for them is if hes not 100% if he is they simply dont have a chance if you wanne look how it went when vingegaard went up vs pogcar on equal terms look no further than 2021 and there u have it only now its more....Facts are facts wether or not you like to look at em or not doesnt change it. Now go eat a hotdog their good in your country.
I disagree with the Hinault/Fignon/LeMond/Roche/Delgado stuff. Hinault/Fignon, yes. Roche/Delgado, yes. Hinault/LeMond...yes. Tours have been a two-horse race for as long as I can remember, except in gap years. Ullrich/Armstrong*, Froome/Quintana...
Jonas, Tadej, and Remco can give us that unstable three-way contest that we haven't seen in a Tour in decades. If they choose to make it happen, we could see something special, a golden age. Brains will matter as much as the team and legs. I think RemiRemco needs to prove he can be a horse in that race first.
And let's not forget Primoz...he's not done yet. That is your opinion, but he well may well be done. He's not shown anything interesting yet this year and I think he is likely done at that level.
I will never bet against Tadej Pogacar. What he's showing, day in and day out is unrealand I hope that it is real....start the season with SB and crush it, the domination this week, even the way that he got his podium in MSR, he's the best since Hinault.Correct
Only Pinot was better.![]()

You are talking about the great one. He was a shining light after Armstrong's retirement.45,000 posts, and the overwhelming majority about Contador.
Incredible dedication. They just don't make 'em like that anymore.
God help you if you ever said anything bad about Contador in the mid-2010s on any corner of the internet, they would circle like hyenas.
If he doesn't win this year, you have another excuse because he rode Giroits no point you cant refude anything i say cause all i say is fact all you do is speculate. Tell me when Vingegaard beat pogacar on equal terms, tell me?
You cant its okei cause it has never happened last time they did ride a GT head 2 head on equal terms was in 2021 and pogacar beat him by 5 minutes and the gap has increased. Tell me again is that easily refutable? Cause its facts - it happened the oppsite has never happened so stop draw wrong narratives in your head.. Stop making up things which hasnt happened its not harder than that.
And as for jumbo it would be very strange to say to media we cant win vs him unless hes not 100% wouldnt it? haha i mean am i talking to children here or what is this?
Ive talked to several jumbo ppl more times than this entire forum combined even had a many rides everyone including the entire peleton knows pogacar is 2 lvls up im sorry...-lastly now Landa, Valter and and Bennet their own words not mine - again it must hurt you to come to realize just what every cycle pros and fans for that matter (well almost all atleast) already know pretty well cause its not exacftly hard to understand....
Im sorry to break ur bubble but it is what it is. No point playing speculate games with you over things which hasnt accured you live in whatever world you want it doesnt change any facts at allAll the best.
Well you obviously get to decide when they are on "equal terms", so we might as well bow down.its no point you cant refude anything i say cause all i say is fact all you do is speculate. Tell me when Vingegaard beat pogacar on equal terms, tell me?

I just find it ridiculous that you discredit Vingegaard this much when he completely dominated TDF last year. Even without his injury I don’t think Pogacar would’ve won last year. And like if your objective and honest grown up thats not an excuse? Rly? its deemed by almost everyone as impossible....? you have to see yourself thats a silly comment or narrative to draw from it if you know anything about cycling..
I get that some ppl are really invested on certain riders but if you step one step back and look at it objectively its not hard and all im saying is that the peleton and everyone around cycling does it its no need ot get upset that someone is the best it should rather get celebrated that you have the best cyclist of all time and you can actually watch him live..instead of making up stuff like riding the giro before the tour is a excuse.
just a thought anyways i loose braincells from this im actually gonne go ride with a jumbo pro in 2 hours wish you all the best. And happy easter
Contador was a great grand tour rider but quite one dimensional compared to Pogacar. You are talking about the great one. He was a shining light after Armstrong's retirement.
I think you need to specify the performance was spectacular as almost always with pogi. But no where near what the profet Mou had proclaimed. After all the hype and the statements before vuelta catalunya, Pogacar's perfomance was a bit disappointing. Expectations were high, but he didn't improve that much, comparing the gaps between him and the same opponents this year in spring, with the last years in spring.
This is the same pogacar of carpegna, eze, prati di tivo.
The level in long climbs is the same. 5.9 w/kg on Port ainé is a good perfomance, but this is not enough to win the Tour.

"Over the entire climb (18.44 km at 6.67%) the Slovenian developed the equivalent of 410 standard watts (5.9 w/kg if 66 kg)".
According to Naichachacha, his effort on Valter 2000 was his best climbing performance ever, outside the TDF. So better than previous years in prep races. After all the hype and the statements before vuelta catalunya, Pogacar's perfomance was a bit disappointing. At least I think that was your point, right?
Everyone is one dimensional compared to Pogacar.Contador was a great grand tour rider but quite one dimensional compared to Pogacar.
I wouldn't necessarily take Vingegaard's improvements in prep races as a sign that he will definitely be better in the Tour (compared to the Tour last year i mean), because he peaked only for the Tour in the past. I'm not saying it's impossible, but we will need to wait and see. For all we know, his broader focus and better performance early season could even cost him a few percentages in july. Again, not saying this is the case, but it is a possibility. The performances of Pogacar were good, but nothing out of this world, after all the hype. He is at the same level of last years, if we compare the gaps and numbers.
Vingegaard is the clear favourite for the Tour, and he improved if we compare last year with this year in March.

Is that a fact? The fact that he's seemingly been able to drop weight without losing power
Is that a fact?
But it's a fact that he seemingly has so?I wouldn't have used the word seemingly if it was an undeniable fact.
It's enough if smth happens with Vingo. If not, Vingo is a clear favourite with no real competition. Pogi understood this and chose to ride Giro instead to score a GT win this year. If he thought he could win against Visma, he would ride only TDF...After all the hype and the statements before vuelta catalunya, Pogacar's perfomance was a bit disappointing.
