Great move from him. I think had he gone earlier he maybe would have paid the price higher up. Had he not done anything, well, he likely would have been sprinting for the win at the finish.

I thought Vingegaard was looking strong to close down the move fairly quickly, but then Tadej kept the high pace going and the elastic snapped.

A very good descent and the gaps in the end were significant. Visma not looking particularly good as a team, so it will likely be down to Jonas to gain back the time and hope to be assisted by other contenders.

If the climb was harder and steeper I think Pogacar would gained way more from a far out attack where that was possible which it wasnt here duo to wind and gradients. Cant remember the name but a peyrero guy said it he is climbing long climbs faster than ever and he just sustain it which noone has been able to follow without blowing up this entire year.

kuss wouldnt even been in the front group like what... Vingegaard just blew up trying to follow pogacar like everyone else has this year when they try.
You make it sound like Vingegaard just found his master, yet this guy was in ICU 2 months ago and gap was below 10s on top of the climb. Pogi is great, but one can for sure not rule out Vingegaard becoming stronger.

No surprise today Pogacar is just something else weve seen it all the time unless he is hurt good luck, its impossible clearly even with the giro in his legs now too and that scary/sad almost tbh.

Said it before people better hope he gets somewhat hurt to equal the playing fields to the rest cause the giro even now is not enough even it I wont dare to think about the fact when Pogacar has not ridden that either...

Sure, no tragedy happened. Vingo still distanced all other guys uphill and wasn't far behind Pogacar on Galibier (lost more time later). Considering the circumstances he's above pre-race expectations of most people. Predicting his form later in the race is not as straightforward as in the previous years though.
