I hope he does as many one day races as possible until Liege, would be great to se the rainbow as much as possible. During one week races and Le Tour he’ll probably be wearing other jerseys…

Probably some fan, wearing a UAE polo shirt a feed zone yelled out "Go Pavel! There is a guy from Slovenia chasing at 45 seconds behind and the field is another minute."Very interesting to hear how Tratnik knew about Pogacar's attack. A true and inteligent racer if you ask me
There are certainly fans along the road who can see the situation in real time on their phones.Probably some fan, wearing a UAE polo shirt a feed zone yelled out "Go Pavel! There is a guy from Slovenia chasing at 45 seconds behind and the field is another minute."

Perhaps but the same guy was probably repeating himself to anyone that looked familiar? The moto guys in each group know, too.I think Tratnik would have been somewhat annoyed about being called 'Pavel'...
No way, FM is far from perfect, but comparing it to PCM is an insult. The procycling Manager series. Just like Football Manager. But better obviously.
FM is the best game ever, way more complete than PCM. Still remember the time "Lance Niilstrung" was 85 in the mountains back in 2004 PCM.No way, FM is far from perfect, but comparing it to PCM is an insult.
(my last two posts are related to video games, rather embarassing for someone born in the 70s)
Isn't Pogacar heavier than him?Remco is "overweight" now for a climbing course. As strange as it gets, Enric Mas is Pogacar's biggest threat but with this UAE, I don't see where is Pogacar not a winner of 2024 Lombardia.
Their lineup will have something like this:
Pogacar
Ayuso
Yates
Majka
Novak
Wellens
Sivakov
For his ideal climbing weight. And we all know Pogacar is a more gifted climber, he can be 2/3 kg heavier and still be the best in Lombardia. Remco can't win a climbing course being 2/3 kg heavier.Isn't Pogacar heavier than him?
Pogacar weighs around 64-65kg at the TDF, while Evenepoel weighs 62-63kg. Pogacar is also 5cm taller. They have different builds in general of course. Pogacar sits between Evenepoel and Vingegaard in type of build.Isn't Pogacar heavier than him?

Really?Pogacar sits between Evenepoel and Vingegaard in type of build.
Well, Pogacar clearly upped his level this year, while Vingegaard certainly couldn't be in absolute top form after that horrific accident. After World Championships win, Lance Armstrong and Johan Bruyneel agree: "Many put Pogacar and Vingegaard on the same level, but that's not true"
Tadej Pogacar put in a masterful ride at the 2024 World Championships in Zurich to take for the first time in his career the World Championships. He will be putting on the rainbow jersey after an atta...cyclinguptodate.com
Duh goes without saying but still. Its not close at all. If Pogacar is not 100% then its close if he is 100% weve seen it time and time again recently at this Tour when everyone was doing their best numbers - where they said they was at their best and it was faaar from close. Lance and Bruynel W there but kinda obv and common sense.
I don't like to underestimate Vingegaard. He is the only rider to defeat the monster twice. Vingegaard will be better than ever next year, he will probably reach a better level than 2024 Pogacar (in GT's). Now let's see if this will be enough because Pogacar will improve too.Well, Pogacar clearly upped his level this year, while Vingegaard certainly couldn't be in absolute top form after that horrific accident.
Pogacar had an injury last year, so he also probably wasn't on his best level.
In 2022 however, they were both healthy.
I think 2025. will give a clearer answer, but I'm skeptical that Vinge can reach Pog's new level.
This is of course purely in terms of GT racing.
Zero chance he reach pog level. Goat will never lose another GTI don't like to underestimate Vingegaard. He is the only rider to defeat the monster twice. Don't be silly. Probably you thought the same in 2022 and Vingegaard was better than Pogacar. Pogacar has to be humble and fight to reach a new level next year. Tour-Vuelta is on the menuZero chance he reach pog level. Goat will never lose another GT

The boy is writting history every race. The godfather has even bowed to the new king. What a time to be alive. What we saw yesterday im still kinda shocked...100km to go, its insanity in this era just ludicrous how strong he is.

We don't know that, I have a strange feeling Vingegaard will be in Italy next year but he can always follow his old boring schedule.Jonas -> Giro-Tour
Tadej -> Tour-Vuelta
What if Nordhagen and Torres get better in the next couples year than Pogacar and Vingegaard?Zero chance he reach pog level. Goat will never lose another GT
