He climbed 1 minute 12 seconds faster than Carapaz!!!!!I bet he does the climb quicker than Carapaz did and wins the dots as well
He was the fastest, by a country mile, obviously.I bet he does the climb quicker than Carapaz did and wins the dots as well
LOL! LOLZZZZZZZZZZZZHe climbed 1 minute 12 seconds faster than Carapaz!!!!!
There's nothing more beautiful.Lets call it like it is: a full genius E.T. thermonuclear performance
What's bad is that in my overall believability matrix, this is the most extreme, more than WvA, more than Ski Jumper Power. Not sure if I call it full Froome, given Froome's amazing early promise , but still pretty dang nuts.
He was dropped by Roglic and Lopez on the hardest Tour of the stage. I don’t think his climbing third week was anything to shout about really. He's been the strongest climber all race, so I guess it's kind of consistent with his previous performances. But to do that in stage 20 is a seriously high level and shows some pretty amazing recovery.
Broke the recordI bet he does the climb quicker than Carapaz did and wins the dots as well
i kinda want to see the times for the last climb...does anyone has a link?
Except he only dropped everyone once and got dropped on the queen stage for half a minute. He's been the strongest climber all race, so I guess it's kind of consistent with his previous performances. But to do that in stage 20 is a seriously high level and shows some pretty amazing recovery.
Not by that much - that was crazy. Then tag it to a flat portion of the TT that was also pegged and it just makes me laugh. There are a handful of performances over the past 20+ years where I just kind of chuckle and shake my head. This is one of them. It's past the tipping pointHe's been the strongest climber all race, so I guess it's kind of consistent with his previous performances. But to do that in stage 20 is a seriously high level and shows some pretty amazing recovery.
