I actually quoted the wrong X-post for the genetic doping, recovery from crashes etc. post. Here is the right analysis, which in my opinion sounds like a good/possible explanation, genetical and neurological manipulation. This analysis also seems to apply on current Seixas form on and the fast rise in power on some points. Allthough I have to admit Seixas looks a lot more talented, if you just compare the junior results, I know junior results have many variables, but still Pog only started showing the so called super talent after joining the ranks of Gianetti, Matxin and UAE.

Maybe you should check the facts, buddy. The Slovenian team had six members in 2022, eight in 2024, and nine in 2025. They were in control and made the race hard for the past two years.

In any case, it’s completely pointless to argue with people who have never done any endurance sports in their lives, since they clearly lack even the most basic understanding of how this sport works. So it’s easier to just leave this thread in peace...

Sure he has, his not a full humanoid at least not yet 😉those limits just happen to be far more ridicilous we have ever witnessed and they are not achieved naturally.

My analysis, which eyetest? We roughly know his numbers and we know how easily he hits them all year round. All things considered i can't rule out the (occassional) e-assistance and neither can you. Even Lance was already intrested in the classic seat tube battery and that was almost 30 years ago, imagine how the phone in your hand and everything in tech has developed since then. Can you also 100% rule out Cancellara did not have e-assistance? Froome? And then this one guy with a state owned Colnago doing miracles. Im not certain, but I am certain you cant rule it out either.

Anyway my message was mostly about the professionals observations which I also quoted there. If you think Pog is clean and doesn't cheat under Mauro&Co it's completely fine, imho it just is very naive.

Of course motorized bikes exist. The problem is that there is zero evidence that Pog is using one. All you have is that he is better than the others and that is your proof. That is not nearly enough for me. Plus I have calculated his power numbers and there is nothing out of the ordinary.
BTW, I do not think he is completely clean. I am sure he is doing some gray area stuff. But I also think others are as well. He is just much better.

Won’t happen, some people just come up with random theories and present them as facts.

Would you care to put some numbers to your analysis? Like, e.g., maybe model the power needed for those seated attacks, or maybe try to calculate the length of his tibia and compare against a test group (or maybe even propose a physical model why having his tibia length would not allow for him to be a good cyclist). Also, if he really is physically so impotent why on earth would UAE choose him as the guy to make a monster out of?
I will add one more thing that many people forget. The mental strength is very important in cycling and Pog seems to have ample of it.

It’s not all ‘eye test stuff’ though, is it? It’s ’what he actually does’ stuff. It’s 2026 and by now Pogacar wins every race he takes part in. That is objectively unprecedented. That’s evidence item number one. Then, related of course, there’s his consistency and immunity to fatigue. Number three is his ability, in this age of super specific cycling, to ride all race types and be not merely competitive but to destroy all his competitors. Which brings me to number four. An ability to win at will, and in any fashion, with relative ease, in whatever manner he chooses. Seated accelerations that leave everyone else behind as if they were standing still. And I ask again. Why does he not suffer from oxygen debt following brutal accelerations at high altitude? Why can he just keep going at those faster speeds without having to knock off the effort? That doesn’t need numbers, or calculations, it needs an explanation.

Genetic doping is included on WADA’s list of prohibited methods. In the run-up to the Olympic Games, France has had to pass a law authorising genetic testing as part of anti-doping controls, which naturally raises numerous bioethical questions. This has mobilised the National Assembly, the Senate and the Constitutional Council, which have other things to do with their time (I hope).
Why bother if this method is pure science fiction?

Really enjoyed reading the motorbike chat and the analysis of fellow pros comments and what they mean by motorbike. Fascinating, fascinating. Maybe even future they can be more blunt so that no discussion needs to be had on whether they mean motor doping or do they mean like a motorbike. Perhaps Mohoric, Senechal, Naesen et al might say "Following Pog is like trying to follow the Froome Dawgy Dawg at full washing machine spin cycle" so that we know they mean motor doping and not just Valentino Rossi.
