Who was the Trekkie that was forced off the road by Froome?
you mean who forced froome off the road :p
Watch it again. Froome rode in front of him and missed the corner forcing the Trek rider off the road as well.

I'm afraid it may have been Alberto. I don't see him anymore.

Other Trek riders would surely wait for him...

Trek is riding at the front of the peloton with a couple of guys. He should be fine.

Now what? I didn't say Froome was to blame for the move, I said a Trek rider was forced off the road by Froome.

Nobody seems to have been hurt anyway, so who cares?

Can GVA survive the Cat1 climb?
He can survive a Cat1 climb.

Wether he can survive a cat1 climb against Gesink, Barguil, Roche, Calmejane? I don't think so, normally not. But it's Van Avermaet, everything he does touch turns to gold last 2 seasons so..

The last climb looks promising, better than on paper.
Maybe we'll see a lesser GC contender lose time but with the final 10km being flat I don't see anything major happening.
