I seriously doubt that. Perhaps off Schleck but nothing from Contador. AC/AS are watching each other with 3 more major mountain stages left they know that Menchov will blow, as he always does, on at least one of those. This tour has only 2 possible winners and only one likely winner, Contador.

Menchov is likely to be stronger on a long flat TT. That's really not Contador's forte. He needs his TTs to be shorter, and hilly.

It may be boring for all of us, but it's a hard race, these guys aren't immortal. I predict Tuesday will be a bit more interesting.

I said it again today because he was yacking again in an interview about helping levi and the team and did neither when he obviously just packed it in. He certainly got stronger as the climb went on.
