For which riders will this be their last TdF stage ever?

We know about LA and CM obviously but who else, either through retirement or non selection?

Probably Hincapie. Perhaps Pettachi. Saster? even if he does continue, hes more likely to go for giros and vueltas. Robbie Mcewan.

It seems there are a lot of teams without much to win or lose on this stage so I hope they get a little crazy and have some fun.

Nope. They have just been told the won't be allowed to start.

No dispensation at all - they've be told to change back to the normal ones.
