As far as I can tell they've always published the least info they can get away with, when they were in the wider Sky Group which had a plc in it there were no exemptions. The first year of complete ownership by Ineos they hadn't met the small company criteria (and the ability to not file a P&L) for 2 consecutive years which they have now so they don't need to publish the P&L.The fact that they were in the market for Evenepoel and in the market for Roglič suggests that a budget cut has not been demanded by the Plastic Emperor, who is still getting cheap advertising for his failing Range Rover knock-off.
But with so few win bonuses to pay out they've already had a big budget cut.
Which may hint at why they've chosen to stop publishing their P&L these last two years after having been so transparent for so long. I guess you only brag about the size of your endowment when you've got the biggest endowment in the peloton![]()
The Government has announced changes to the regulations and all companies will have to file P&Ls at some point in the future - date undecided - it won't affect their filings for Dec 23 and probably not Dec 24 either .
