I think given all Sky have done to cool this situation, albeit publicly, the timing of this release is bizarre and petulant from Froome. I don't particularly like any of the Sky team but after this move I would love to see Brad attack on the cobbles at the first chance and really throw the team into chaos. It's a mess which appears to be bubbling over, interesting after what seemed to be a tightly run PR ship.

I would suspect the book, in total, is rather less explosive. I would not be surprised if there is a chapter on 'the reconciliation', and 'how everyone is together now'.

Serialisations by a newspaper are often not accurate as a summary of the entire book. The excerpts are almost always chosen by the newspaper, not the author.

What a Tw$t. Duplicitious to the power n, all of which makes it easy for me to believe he will take any advantage on offer.

(I wonder how British he is when it comes to income tax...)

Well he lives in a tax haven for much of the year.

Mind you tax dodging and pro sports go hand in hand, so he is hardly unique in that regard.

I can't be bothered correcting all of your points, but you reacted first, and then went looking for evidence later.
Quote the posts out of context if you like, but if you actually read the conversations, there is little love for Sky, and simple facts about Wiggins' physical attributes.

If you cant be bothered why post then?

"Clearly thinks Wiggins is a legend" ??
Hardly.......

Calling "Wiggins is a tricky character" is making him out to be a saint. He asked a girl on live TV to suck him off FFS.

Your love for Wiggins isn't very well hidden.

Wiggins is a despicable character at the best of times.

It was a man, and it was at a dinner but close enough.

I responded based on what I have read of your posts - backed up by what I saw when a moderator, in case you missed that bit, sang your praises and demanded I go and apologise.

Yes. "Wiggins is tricky" vs "Froome is a treacherous f***er". If that's not weighted heavily in Wiggins favour then I don't know what is.

ETA: it's possible that "tricky" has a different meaning depending on cultural use. It's not used here in any real negative adjectival sense, so to my ears it sounds like almost a wink to Wiggo and a spit on Froome.

There are many things in life that I love....
A brisk spring day, a fine wine, an unexpected glimpse of stocking.....

Wiggins doesn't figure on my list unfortunately, but I don't let it effect my analysis of his physiological capabilities.

Bennoti my simple friend, let me help you out.....
There is a space between love and hate. You might try visiting one day.

I’ve been pretty stable since the start in Belfast and have been around 64kgs for the whole time, except maybe after a rest day.

Sometimes you can be a kilo heavier the day after a rest day as you haven’t done as much on the bike so you can retain a bit of fluid.

As our hotel is near the bottom of the Gavia today, we just rolled about 20km down the valley and rode back up again this morning for about an hour and a half, about a 40km spin.

Rest days at Team Sky are a personal thing really. Some guys like to ride hard, some guys like to ride easy, some like to go for a couple of hours and some just like a short spin. Within reason, you can pretty much do as much or as little as you like.

64kg. Ok. So Dawg would be.....?

Rest days are personal? According to Walsh suntanning is illegal on rest days.

DW, you did interpret my post wrong.
No problem, I have done it myself.

You saw an anti Froome post, made, because he was dissing Wiggins.
It was an anti Froome post, because he is revising history to suit his own story.
Froome the valued, future tour winner, deceived by staff and riders alike?
Not a chance.....

Wiggins being in his crossfire, is almost irrelevant.

Wiggins hasn't rewritten history?

I think you'll find, my learned friend, that Chris
and his lovely fiancé spend more time in South
Africa. South Africa is the country where the
recent WADA conference referenced in the
link you posted was held, WADA Africa is
based in South Africa and there is a WADA
accredited lab is South Africa which can
conduct blood analyses.

Any specific rumours/links about him?

The guy was always a climber, and one of the best youth riders.

I thought you'd have picked up on the comedy here:

I wonder what sort of "fluid" Sir Brad retains after a good rest day?

It is rumored that is it hard for SA athletes to dope in SA but for non SA athletes it is easy.

Froome is either Kenyan or British.
