Well its second hand, but yes that is what she tweeted apparently

Thanks. Just wondering as if "forbidden product" was framed in quotes the way you wrote it, it jumped out at me as sort of an odd way to phrase it.

Just had my first ice bath. Note: If someone is laughing as you're getting into something, you probably should stop getting in.

I think he tweeted a topless picture of himself. I know you'll want to see that. I'll see if I can find it for you.

Got if off a forum so not entirely sure. The inverted commas do make for a curious inflection if that is true.

Tweet from Michelle

SA cyclist Seyffert tests positive for obesity med Phentermine..

There seems to be a pretty big problem with drugs in the South African cycling scene.

It's a good job no notable European cyclists spend their winter over there, training and mixing with them. We wouldn't want them to fall into the wrong crowd.

I've edited your post above to expand the point you were making. I think this is a fairer representation of it. Could be just me though. . .

I do like the fact that the aero helmets are widely considered as looking daft when, lets face it, all bike helmets look daft

nothing sets off the m0ng alert like people walking around the shop on the corner without having taken off their bike helmet

yes she did tweet "forbidden product" as framed in quotation marks. Was rather an odd way to phrase that as there is no "" required as it is as I understand a forbidden product.

Andy's view on sky.

But Sky, it's something else...

Yes, I have some friends at Sky and they never speak of their training. What you hear is that they work a lot with their SRM, that they control the watts. Normally, while training, when you are really tired you must recuperate and stay calm. Maybe they do it completely differently. Maybe they spread it out. Two hours in the morning. Three hours in the afternoon. I have no idea...

Never speak of their training?

Never speak of their training?

Surely Micheal Rodgers speaks of his training to BR and Saxo? So why can Sky peak for long periods and MR is nowhere near? I think come this summer Saxo will be on a par with Sky because of MR inside view of Sky's methods. But I'm still lost as to how CF and Bradley(last year) sustain high levels of peak form. This line of questioning is what should be directed at them. No team can do this apart from them. Secrets don't stay as that training methods don't advance that much so quickly and if MR knew about new methods or gains wouldn't he be talking to BR now?! Maybe Saxo are saving it for the Tour but all the eggs in one basket is tricky as Andy knows. I really would love an explanation from Sky as to how they peak for much longer periods. What gives?
