So, if you believe that Froome and Wiggins are clean you believe in Unicorns? Where is the smoke, the covered up positives, the rumours from ex team mates etc? You make it sound like they're Armstrong and co! They are patently not. Be sceptical, but don't pretend that you have a single clue about anything tangible about either of them, you don't, simple as that.
Well said, that will teach them!

Where is the smoke,

Learning how to climb in the middle of a career to become a Grand Tour champion is plenty of smoke.
Learning how to TT in the middle of a career and destroying fields is plenty of smoke.
2012's results having no historic precedence are plenty of smoke.
Finishing very, very close to a known-doped, protected by the UCI, podium at a grand tour makes smoke.
Lienders makes plenty of smoke.
Froome's zero-to-hero performances make plenty of smoke.
Weight loss and power combined like never seen before, over at least 3 weeks.
It's getting pretty smokey. Should I go on?

the covered up positives,
How would we know? The bio-passport is now under total control of the sports federation. They don't have to process positives if they don't want to.

That's true, they seem to be aware it's possible for a jilted team member to create doping controversy.

Perhaps we need a poll.
Is there "smoke" in the Wigans/Sky doping question?
1) Yes
2) No

If anyone wants to start this, put me down for a Yes, would you.

I have just seen you on the prorace forums praising a doped performance to bash a rider.

It just shows who you truly are, just like theHog turning out to be a bit of a Lance fan.

I don't see any difference between the ridiculous performances of Landis, Armstrong, or Wiggums other than the former two were real racers who could handle their stuff.. Nobody should think any of those performances were natural.

Wow. I did not think there are any people left who still believe in unicorns.

Kudos on the "not my favorite team" bit. That was a nice touch. The Armstrong guys did not reach that stage until about 2009.

You people keep spewing this nonsense

It is based on nothing but envy at a great cyclist

You do not know what you are talking about, and you certainly do not know SBW

You can hate him all you want, SBW is a knight of the British Empire and you are nothing

Maybe he should have spent less time having high tea with the queen, prancing around with a meaningless title to impress the commoners like yourself who are dazzled with such things, and picking out ridiculous blue coats in lieu of a suit like the real cyclists. Time spent learning how to descend might have been useful.

now that will be worth watching. Do you think he will do a turn on a reasonably priced bike on their track before retiring?

2.8 km on a Planet-X?

He's no Rowan Atkinson for sure. If it is wet then my money for a better time would be on Alice Cooper.

Not only has the Sky Team Doctor said he would recommend " his Son " not to race with " Illness " , seems Garmin Doctor has said the same of Ryder H.!

Wonder what the horrendous weather will do to the rest of the Peloton AND does the RCS have a plan B for this weekend ?

from Tarvisio good weather to the Galibier and the crapper ! Did cippolini bring his Skis ? Valloire is the home of JP Grange , former World Tour Ski Champion ! Will he be at home to give Ski Lessons , even IF the Giro can get in there ?

idiocy

it always surprises to hear a cyclist has a chest infection........in my experience of once having a chest infection i was in no condition to venture outside let alone cycle over high passes

is it not a cold troubling brad?

bandit.................you're an idiot............it looks as though brad truly does
have a chest infection..............proven by not being able to keep up on the flat / pulling out of the giro

i'm sure that EVERYONE will wish him a speedy recovery

Bradley Wiggins cheer up montage.

But I was so hoping to get on the podium in the Giro.

I'm just so shocked, I really don't know what happened! And then I got the flu, combo of stress and bad weather I guess.

Looking back over my career though, I think I've really changed....

Part of the aging process, but my face has definately changed. It's a hard sport!

And Wiggins say's that horsinabout spends too much time on the forum clinic doing silly posts of him. Perhaps you need a summer sabbatical?

This is ridiculous.

When something is widespread, moral responsibility is diluted.

That's called an excuse. The good news is people can change, they don't have to live out their days as scumbags.

Have Sky got a deal with UCI similar to Armstrongs.

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748703309704575413732974367988.html

This person said antidoping officials are particularly concerned about the status of five professional riders who were flagged for doping in December but have not yet been sanctioned by the UCI. The riders, whose names are known only to the UCI, were determined to be doping by an independent committee of nine scientists and experts that was appointed by the UCI to review data from blood and urine tests.

The person said at least two members of the panel have voiced concerns that the UCI may be disregarding these positive tests or shielding guilty riders from punishment.
