Agreed. It was very hot out there today. I was hopeful for TJay. But now stage wins. If Sky let him.

Tejay looked clean...compared to what the heck was happening ...that's for sure.
what could he do??:(

The best dope test of all is the straight face test.

If it doesn't pass it's more than likely doping.

That's pretty much what Porte said. The guy sure likes to rub it in.

Yeah Porte really seemed surprised by how slow others were going.

Even during the race he looked to Quintana to pace him a bit, then 20 seconds later shrugged and said - **** this, and decided to ride at his own pace.

Maybe brentford has been motivating them all year by telling them how much dope the others were going to use.

Was Porte laughing during the last 10k or is that the expression he always wears when climbing?

Hmm not sure, but if I was Porte I would be laughing all the way up the climb haha..

"Back at Sky’s bus, Porte grinned and indicated there is more to come.

“We got a nice time trial coming up [on Wednesday], and we look to put more time into them,” he said.

Hmm Froome/Porte to go 1/2 in the TT too!

Wouldn't surprise me if that did happen, todays display was unbelievable.

I might sound like a sore loser, but I lost a hell of a lot of confidence in the sport of cycling last night after that stage to Ax-3-Domaines. It was a complete joke.

I don't know what to feel about it. Shattered that Cadel got destroyed but optimistic that Porte might become a default winner.

I expected it and I had a lot to drink last night so I felt less bad about it. Cadel was disappointed but he didn't seem devastated and was rather open about it.

I am not a fan of Porte's tbh.

Imagine if they had sir BMW and the colombians here in peak shape
podium locked up and 5 in the top 10. Guess thats what you get when you bring us postal into a "clean" era.
At least back in the 90s there were other mega juiced teams around to make it a bit competitive

If Sir Bradley Wiggins were in this race, Sky would go first, second, and third in a GT...how can anyone defend something like that?

EDIT: I was beaten to the punch.

Yea, as if this is possible, Porte's ride today was even more unbelievable than Froome's.

The Guardian is censoring any comments negative about Sky in their news articles. It seems like 25% or so of the comments on today's stage have been deleted. They won't delete pro-Sky comments that contain insults or logical fallacies directed at anyone who dares to question them being clean. It's like Armstrong and his minions all over again.

I believed Porte's ride more than I believed Froome's ;)

I'm not sure why, Porte powering himself ahead of all of the riders is even more unbelievable, in what way is his performance believable?

Probably the fact that I have been watching him more closer than Froome over the last 2-3 years and I can see that through hard work and training that he had the potential to be where he was yesterday.
