Even if you assume that description of him is accurate, Wiggins still sounds sketchy. Apart from anything else you don't "learn" to be a top 5 Tour rider in one year in your late twenties.

Borg Update #4564

Apparently you're all d1ckheads.

Thanks Richie.

Richie Borg's Blog

It's tall poppy syndrome and everybody wants to throw everything they can at Team Sky and question everything about the team. It's getting a bit old now. People are going to have to get over it. It's not new but in the twitter age, every Tom, *** and Harry's got a voice.

We're just getting on with it. We're bike riders and it's not like we're trying to save the world. Or are we? You never know...

Until next time.

Not me. I'm a card carrying member of the Bone-Idle Wanker Guild, which forbids cross membership with the D1ckhead Guild.. I tried lobbying for a change in rules, but the local representatives are all Irish. They voted to keep the status quo.

I think what Bichie Richie is saying is that they plan on continuing to dope full bore and don't care about what anyone thinks or the damage it does to the sport's credibility.

I wasn't at the meeting. Thanks for the update.

I was thinking May might make up for it? Giro I mean.

Nibbles is clearly on the Sky program now: Tenerife training = weight down and power up. All he needs is a saddle sore and he'll look like Wiggo 2.0.

So Wiggins is training solo - no team mates. Good for morale no doubt.

Kerrison is there as his dedicated trainer. Wonder how the other guys are training without Kerrison's breakthrough training protocols...

I mean. Kerrison either does daily modifications to their training programs, or it's more generic and Rogers can take it with him to another team like Saxo.

Once someone invents global communications device, I propose to call it the interwebnet thing, it may be possible but now, never!

yeah he learnt to "defend" his time in the mountains.

Learnt to defend so well in the mountains that when he looked over his own shoulder every other rider in the race was dropped.

Took time on every other rider in at least 2 of the mountain stages (except hillariously, his own domestique cum Tour de France champion elect)

Have you really become this hard of thinking. My suggested alternative take was just that...an alternative take....no more (or less) stupid and one eyed than yours.

Can't be two places at once so someone gets first dibs on his time I presume. That being Team leader for first major GT target. I'm pretty sure Kerrison has some trusty wingmen he can trust to keep the team on point. Plus my interwebnetwide thingy will mean communication between remote places, like evil lairs, will become the norm. BTW what exactly was the point you were trying to make with regards to Kerrison only being with Wiggins at the moment?

The son of a former pro cyclist who podiumed the giro at 21, peaks once a year and is hopeless at everything bar climbing. You dont think he has always been clean.

The trackie who improved his tt massively while learning to climb from scratch, can sprint, climb, prologue, descent tackle hills, peak all year round, wins any race he wants, wins the tour de france in a 3 week proccession at 32, on the other hand.

You got to love the consistency with which the fanboys look at these things.

can 't answer for others but i always state...........i have doubts about wiggo
..............but hope

i have more serious doubts about andy .........that's my opinion

curiously yesterday i recall reading earlier post by yourself where you stated that andy was unlikely to be clean .........was i mistaken? do you really
now think that andy has always ridden clean?

it's not sky i'm a fan of............but cycling.........still hoping for a pure sport

Dear Wiggo's only point about anything is that Wiggo is doping.

So Rogers has these same emails, describing what to change about his program based on current data? 2 years worth of this sort of communication?

But can't take it and the lessons learnt to Saxo?

Or did it only happen in 2013?

You guys can try to have it both ways, I am just going to keep pointing out the inconsistencies.

You're forgetting that Tim Kerrison is the only person in the world who can interpret training data.

He really needs to go freelance, make as much money as Ferrari but without the risk.

As for Walsh...send him to the Ardennes so athat Wiggo can dope in peace....or, keep him safely in the Dolomites so that the classics squad can dope in peace. I wonder which it is?

We need to be a bit patient with Rogers. I've seen reports suggest that he struggled with an illness/injury over the winter that held him back. Could be BS but like Nordhaug, who at Amstel returned to his Sky 2012 form, we need to wait a little while to make definitive conclusions.

He coaxed a better performance out of Rogers than Ferrari ever did, and Rogers should be on the backside of the hill. He should be making more money than Ferrari.

That tells you something right there. If his methods are legit then with no risk he could be making millions by charging riders 20% of their gross. Why stick with Sky and make less money?

Porte was saying there was no Internet access in Tiede.

What gives?
