The jersey stinks, but as Olek said, it will be better next year..loool
Guess they had to design it in a rush.

Tinkoff is not a bad match, Olek know cycling from the inside, and they got MONEYYYYYYY

Mobsters? Funny nobody said that about RSNT, Becca probably one of the biggest in the game!!!

But I wait with the cheering untill Ive seen the line up for next season.

He said that?

Well makes sense of course :D

Jersey is a bit ugly but I can see them working it out next year. Also expect the name to change. Tinkoff Credit System provides some options that are better than Team Double Bank--though Team Money has a ring to it. :D

I wonder if Riis insisted on the 2013 end date just to ensure he could get out of bed with Tinkoff if he needed to do so. In any event, I look forward to Riis building a stronger team next year.

Yep!

Though Bjarne looks relieved but also a bit burned out, I think he should take Dorte and the kids for a trip to Bahamas and stress out after the tour, take Olek with them, he could also need a tan.

I upload the conference to youtube in about 30 mins for those whos interested.
Link will posted bit later.

We will know them as Saxo Tinkoff anyway

Zomegnan noted his differences with UCI president Pat McQuaid and said the two were definitely not talking after recent "Mafia" comments by the Irishman. "You could really see his soul with those remarks."

Lool I guess we not gonna hear: This is a great day for cycling... from patty boy, now 2 of his most hated directors in cycling joined forces. lmfao and Oleg I dont see as a man who keeps his mouth shut if it takes him.

Jersey makes me think of Gustav Larsson's Swedish skinsuit, for obvious reasons. Anyone speculating about who they'll hire yet?

Some former Tinkoff riders: Kiryienka (MOV), Petrov (AST), Ignatiev, Brutt (both KAT). Doubt that's even relevant, I'm just reading CQ out loud.

Fuglsang seems to be close. He admits negotiating with Riis. But I expect a much stronger team next year. Hopefully, they will also upgrade for the cobbles.

Lol that man is quite a character :D

He's the exact opposite of Riis and the CEO of Saxo Bank. I can't help thinking they could get their difficulties. All depends on how much Oleg gets involved - and I think he wants to get involved a lot since he's not only in for the sponsorship and money.

But again.. I don't know the man.

Well, then it would be a good idea to dickup who is free for next season, but it will certainly take some good signings to turn the ship around, both for the cobbles and the classics.

I guess it really depends on who is available in the transfer market this fall. I wish there was a handy list that we could reference.
