Two guys so incensed by Zingle's sticky bottle take matters into their own hands (and try to take a bike too)

Visma-Lease a Bike CEO Richard [yellow carded] Plugge said in the official team statement following the race that the team has reported the incident to local authorities and the event organisers.

“We take this incident very seriously, as it put the safety of our colleagues at risk," Plugge said. "Our staff on site immediately went to the police and also reported the incident to the race organization. In the end, no equipment was stolen and no damage was caused.

"The colleagues in the car are okay, but understandably shaken.”

Didn't see this in the race thread, but Timo Kielich crashed and broke his collarbone. A blow to Visma's Roubaix squad, to be sure.

Despite the early season shakes, Visma are riding really well this season.
Jorgenson consistently good, Van Aert looks very much alive, Laporte beck/close to his old self, Vingegaard got 6 wins, Hagenes upped his game massively, Brennan won KBK convincingly.

while all their stars have had a little illness so far ( except jorg ) , the timing has not been too bad , and kielich is their strongest rider who has had broken bones since van aerts ankle

Interesting to see that they shifted Jorgenson’s race program to doing the Ardennes races instead of the cobbled classics. That seems to make sense for his characteristics, but at a selfish level I enjoyed seeing him and Powless being competitive (even winning) in these cobbled races. Seems like eons since we’ve had U.S. riders being competitive in them.

Meanwhile, those who criticsed the team when departing, are not doing so well

Quick question, why does everyone rate Vos as the greatest female cyclist.
She has had a long career and won a lot. But she does not seem that great of a climber.
Was she better at climbing earlier in her career?

Only started paying attention to women cycling couple of years ago when Van Vleuten was the best.

She has won more than one GT.

She has won more than one GT.
Were they GT's? wasn't La Course a one day race?
She has won the Giro. But how big of a GT was it back in the day?
Hasn't it only been a few years since the women Vuelta , Tour, Giro resembled GT's of the men?

I'm just curious wether she could climb in her prime i guess.
As she has not convinced me of climbing capabilities last few years.

She has been around for ages, hasn't she
