Michael Barry
Rode for Bruyneel and T-Mobile. Enough said.

Notice Michael never rode the Tour with Lance although it killed it at other stage races? I wonder why? Michael didn't get with the program.

In my mind Kloden was the biggest teflon doper of all time... He survived T-Mobile/Frieberg then outlived Vino/Astana to then ride for Armstrong/Comeback 2.0 and still keep his job in the new Hog/Leopard set-up. That's impressive dope dodging.

Even better he even paid a fine in Germany to make the investigation into what happened in Freiburg go away.

As for other teflon dopers, Rubén Plaza also springs to mind, he's ridden for some less than reputable teams (riding for 3 seasons at Kelme) and was even been banished to Portugal because he was on the cheap and ridding for minimum wage. And while I'm talking about Portuguese cycling, Cândido Barbosa springs to mind, how else does dominate in Portugal for so many years and never rides for a bigger Pro Continental or lower tier WT team? Or not try yourself against better riders?

Michael Barry rode for T-Mobile another team which had a systematic program. His silence through the Fed investigation and the outing of USPS and its huge amount of doping partly paid for with sale the of team bikes, i thought was interesting. He did not deny not being part of a program.

but going with the spirit of this thread Cadel Evans and Phillipe Gilbert.

I do not agree. We have no reason to believe these two are doping aside from our own cynism. Nor Cadel Evans nor Philippe Gilbert have ever been brought in contact with doping.

They both did amazing but unlike e.g. Frank Schleck we have no link with doping.

Yes, there is the case Vansevenant but I doubt that had much to do with Lotto.

Of course your opinion may differ, if so please do tell.

Coincidence that after Landis allegations last year he is no longer part of the Sky team for next season?

I dont know. He'll be 37 next year and without Radiosmack levels of juice he probably cant give the performance required.

Sorry but that is incorrect. Cadel has worked with Dr Ferrari.

But surely Sky knew what they were getting when they signed Barry though as to whether or not he was a big time charger or not? I'm sure they are well aware of all the innuendo out there and as to whether or not there is any truth if Barry is a charger. That's a pretty big oversight for mine.

Well, if the CN clinic forum panel of experts says so it must be true. Might as well round 'em up and hang 'em high.

Levi's teflon coating will wear off shortly.

I remember vividly Leipheimer's arrogant little smirk during the 2009 Tour when asked about Contador and how he parroted Armstrong's crack about the team not expecting Contador to follow team orders", which was to make sure Armstrong won the Tour.

Just for that he deserves to get outed.

I don't think those petty high school disputes are more relevant than his long history of doping.

This. Leipheimer is an outrageous example. He has been doping since he was an amateur, just like Ricco. With him it is not a case like Armstrong's or Riis', where a donkey was turned into a race horse. It was turning a Chihuahua into a race horse. Without dope this fraud would go out the back of the euro peloton like crap out of a goose. Now that he has gotten to the age when he should be over the hill, it is disgusting to see him use the benefits of two decades of hardcore doping to beat up on U.S. domestic pros.

Preach it brother!!! Right on!!! Euro pros like Leipheimer are the ones US pros should NOT attempt to emulate in any way, shape of form.

Guys like Leipheimer were part of the despicable trend of US racers who ALL DOPED. What a legacy they leave behind. I hope they're proud of themselves.

+1,000,000

Watching turds like Leipheimer wheelsuck their way to the podium even in races like the Tour of the Gila is disgusting.
