Seriously though, I think we trust Hugo to select his own team and not be influenced by other teams he sees, even if he is it's nothing serious.
I wouldn't even care if everyone's teams were public, that would mean that it's more about analytical skills than trawling through the CQ list and not missing any gems.

I have atleast one rider whom I think would be a good pick but I'm not gonna chose him, simply because I don't like him. Of course it's not a popularity contest by any means, but I just think the game is more enjoyable for me if riders I like do well.
Squire said:I agree! That's the approach I have taken this time. I have a couple of picks who are definitely not going to make a profit, but having them in my CQ team will make me enjoy their successes even more.
I have cut my shortlist down to 33 riders worth 7480 now, but I won't submit it yet. Father Vicioso could still get more colleagues![]()

Edit and to ask a stupid question - The aim is to have a rider to gain CQ points - so Gilbert would have to have a better season than last year to gain points ?
Ferminal said:Wow, Samu scored the exact same points as 2010, which is just 8 less than 2009.
Ultra consistency![]()
ingsve said:I think I've seen at least 2 more riders that have exactly copied their 2010 result as well. I guess with so many riders it's bound to happen from time to time.
just some guy said:I guess it is time for you to change your sig re winner 2011 and future winner 2012 ?
You mean it wasn't a mindless boast, but a calculated and reasoned prediction? Man, you're too good.ingsve said:Nah, I would have to see the 2012 teams first. I changed it to reigning champion though.

Eric8-A said:There are 2 pricey riders that I want to add to my team for 2012. But I still need to fill 12 more slots, and with the points I have left to spare, I'm gonna have to move out one of those riders to break even. Or maybe I can work something to include them both.
ingsve said:Well, if you're desparate then it is possible to fill 12 spots with less than 100 points if you gamble a little with newbies. You just have to find next years Guardini or Haas etc.
ingsve said:The hard part for me is finding riders worth more than 400 points that I have faith in for next year. Gonna be a real crapshoot to get the right ones.
